Burger King

Not only did I wait 20 mins for 2 burgers and fries the 1 burger I got was cold and they didn't give me my second. Wonder why burger King is dying 🤔

Service was decent but I asked for heavy onions on my burger and I got no onions..

They wouldn't take a 100 bill

Omg night and day difference since my last visit!! Food was totally fresh, best chicken fries ever, had a long day and was treated with a smile when I paid for my order. Thank you for making my day, my son and I inhaled our food lol. Thank you

horrible. you can’t call it “fast food” if it takes a whole 15 minutes to get it. never have I gotten my food at the window when ordering at the drive thru they will always tell you to wait out front for another 10–15 minutes even if the building is completely empty. speaking of the building, the inside is so drab and poorly lit it feels eating in an asylum. the food is good (usually) but it’s so expensive it’s not even worth getting (you’re looking at almost $10 for a whopper even without the fries and drink). in my opinion you’re better off eating LITERALLY anywhere else in Portage before eating here, ESPECIALLY if you need something quick.

Very slow they don't know how to work fast. After driving all day I stopped for something to eat. The last thing I wanted to do was wait for food when I still have to keep driving to get home. I am on a 12 hour drive for work and waiting is not an option. Please talk to your staff on how to work faster.

Ok, I don't care for most of there menu, BUT, The whopper is the best burger of the fast food giants. Just my opinion.

I enjoyed the whopper, fries and drinks, the services are great, and the crown is the good award to me. 😁❤️✨

Sadly they can't follow a simple order; this has happened multiple times so I figured I'd leave a review so others are aware and check their orders before driving off.

Personally I dislike Mayo, so I always ask for no mayo, I asked for ... no mayo, the wrapper is marked... no mayo... before driving off... got home; opened the 1st sandwitch and sure enough mayo, opened the 2nd sandwitch... yup you've guessed it, MAYO.

They take care of drive through first almost seems as though they don't want people ordering inside. Waiting at the counter Waiting to be served for 5 minutes before they even acknowledge you seems to be normal.

Staff was friendly, food was hot and fresh and restaurant was very clean!
