My first time and definitely won't be the last. When you are eating their food, it feels like you are savoring every bit of it in the streets of Europe even though you are just eating it in your car parked in the streets of Portage la Prairie. The food is fresh and prepared with so much care and you can absolutely tell the talent of the chef! The foods in Little Spruce Cafe is definitely a must try!
Miss when it was cafe on prince… the experience was better. Actual table service, deli sandwiches that were made fresh to order (not prepped at the start of the day and taste like Saran Wrap). Aside from that I’d say the food and beverage quality is still pretty good. Sucks they removed their chalk board of specialty drinks… I used to go to COP 2 times a week and since it’s been LSC, haven’t been more than twice. I think they’ve gotta a bit of an inflated ego… chef...
Great food, just be prepared that I can take a while. Both times I went for lunch it ended up being an hour and a half lunch break from work because of the time it took to get the food out.
