Zero Stars would not recommend. Ordered the big crunch box meals, one sandwich was oozing grease and the other was served half-cooked. The sides were ok, fries, mac, slaw, BUT THAT GRAVY WAS DUSTY. Service was mediocre at best.

EveryTime I order gravy I get what tastes like flour and water it has zero gravy taste always very disappointed cuz I just assume maybe it’s busy and they’re watering it down to meet fast demand but it’s every single time not just once or twice

My son and I ordered KFC in Portage yesterday and they forgot our fries. When my son called back they were very kind and kept apologizing and told us we can pick them up. I go pick them up and the lady at window apologized and then another worker who gave us our fries included a large gravy for their mistake and she also kept apologizing. Just that little apology makes a huge difference..some other businesses can learn good customer service from these ladies! Such places like bills sticky fingers who actually got mad at us because they made a mistake with our order. No apology , just rude , take notes bills sticky fingers! Awesome friendly workers at KFC!
