We have ordered 3 Italian cheese breads onn3 separate occasions and all 3 times the middle has been raw dough. This last time we went back in (because we checked the bread in the car and guess what raw again) and showed the worker and he proceeded to argue with us that it is a deep dish pizza and it is supposed to be like that. Since when is bread supposed to feel and taste like RAW DOUGH. Their Italian cheese bread used to be my favourite but not anymore.

If the message was that you don’t want my business I got it. Of all the places in Portage, I chose your place. I look online and see “Superstition Bundle”, realize you don’t do online ordering like ALL your competitors do and decide fine, I’ll go in order and wait. But, while having an extensive menu, you don’t support it. You could not supply what I ordered from your menu. That’s bait and switch and a guarantee that I will look elsewhere for supper. Always.

Hanging up the phone repeatedly almost an hour before closing so cannot place an order

Called to order some pizzas no answer the first time then called back and some guy answered and was very rude, then proceeded to tell me they were too busy to take an order and hung up, terrible service

Grabbed a few things recently, a very attentive young lady was running the whole shop very well. Really had good command of the joint while it was busy!!!

Have had 2 good experiences over about 20~! I worked behind this place and would go grab a hot ready. I dont know why but it gets worse ane worse.

I at least appreciate that my pizza is fresh, I know it sometimes takes a while to make the pizza's. But it it tiresome that they have such difficulty cutting it lol, so many times it's not cut all the way through. And on top of that I have tons of different sized slices, big ones square ones thin ones lmao. Just got me a Chicago Style, one slice looks like the toppings were pealed back on it!!! Definitely feel like I'm gonna have to start checking my pizza before I leave!!
