Like others have said, the steak was tough.

Service & food was great. Really enjoyed our meal.

The steak was congratulations instead of well. Great staff, great atmosphere. Would definitely return.

Had to wait over an hour for our food on numerous occasions lately. Neither the restaurant or lounge were busy at any of these times, one being a Tuesday evening. The food was either cold when it came or overcooked from sitting under a heater. The worst part was that they wrote on the receipt in pen that there was an automatic 15% gratuity with the new total written. I was the last at my table of 8 to pay and questioned this and was told it’s now what they do for larger tables. I refused to pay it due to the terrible service, unfortunately, the rest of the table was forced to pay before I spoke up. I’m appalled from this experience and will be ensuring everyone I know is aware of their tactics.

Tori was a refreshing change to the service that has become the norm. Front of house was actively cleaning. Great all around.

thought we would try this place. kids birthday party in dining room...absolute chaos. boys screaming and running around restaurant. no parental supervision. staff didn't seem to care. Definitely will not be returning. food was okay but the chaos ruined it

Service was great waiters was so sweet my food had great taste but my stake was tuff was disappointed for the price we payed husband loved his burger tho .

This is our first time on mr mike and our experience was really fantastic specially the waitress was very kind and helpful to us . And 100% we will comeback :))

Will never return. Worst service I’ve ever experienced! Waitress were too busy serving hockey groups. Waited over an hour and people who were seated after me, were served their food.

Waitress very attentive despite the restaurant being extremely busy. New Year's Eve. Food was plentiful and very good. Were with two eleven year old boys and they were catered to also. Recommend to one and all.

Was there for a work event, the staff were so lovely and did a wonderful job accommodating us! The food was very good, and the drinks were awesome!!

The service was fantastic. However, the food was not. I ordered steak and lobster. Steak was tough, lobster tail so so tiny. Was sadly disappointed. $100 meal. I felt ripped off. My first time being to a Mr. Mikes. I will not be returning.
