I placed an online order at the downtown Subway location for my partner to pick up, as it was more convenient. When the app notified us that our meal was ready, my boyfriend waited at the front but was ignored by both employees. He had to join the line, adding an additional 15-minute wait to even be acknowledged.
I understand that in-person customers need to be served, but the point of online ordering is to skip the line for quick pick-up, not to be ignored. When I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, they argued, claiming my boyfriend was never at the front. This was unprofessional, and when I asked for the management contact, I was hung up on.
It's incredibly disappointing that Subway allows such poor treatment from their managers. When I asked for the employees' names involved, I was hung up on again. If you're ordering from Subway in this town, save yourself the trouble and go to another location. This experience turned a simple order into a nightmare due to a lack of leadership and training in their management.

Amazing service and the first ever subway I have been to where the gluten-free bread was frozen and microwaved. Was an awesome sandwich and amazing service. Great dine in area.
