Usually, I get my usual, but I wanted to try the new footlong nachos well it was nothing but a disappointment felt like I got let down pretty hard, I also have been noticing veggies or meats mixing in with other veggies or meats at both locations here in Portage. I understand there's a lot of customers going in and out ordering food/getting food, but that's no excuse to have food mixing with other food unless it's for an order for the customer. That's not a sandwich artist. That's just people getting lazy and sloppy with their work. Just put more effort into your job. That's all we ask. Thank you.

I recently visited this location after their renovation, and I was thoroughly impressed! The store is now bright, clean, and welcoming. The dining area is fantastic, making for a great overall experience.
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, recommending their new Subway series, which absolutely blew me away - 10/10 would recommend!
Great job on the renovation, and kudos to the fantastic staff. I'll definitely be back!

This location is my go-to every time! The place is always clean, and I can always count on the veggies and bread being fresh. The staff are incredibly polite and provide great service, making each visit enjoyable. Whether I'm stopping in for a quick visit in town I know I can rely on this store for quality and consistency. I have been coming to this subway for 14 years. There have been ups and down but in the last 4 years it is the best. I have been there so many times that I have gotten to know each of the girls and guys that work there. One day I was in there and a couple from Brandon said that this subway is the only one they go to. They travel back-and-forth To Winnipeg for Appointments. They made a point of telling me how good the customer services and how polite the workers are. I also work in the service industry, and for what these girls and guys have to put up with some days with customers, nobody should have to, oh and still have a smile on their faces,
Food is ok. But, I don't like the workers customer service The franchise owner may have to train them how to welcome customers at least with a smile. They act like we are their enemies. Like, why you are here,? Go somewhere else..

Why bother opening a restaurant if you're not going to actually include food? This place skimped on everything - then had the nerve to ask for a tip!
The food is definitely tasty, but lately it's been limiting the toppings for subs and salads. My daughter loves this salad, but they really skimped on everything including meat! She had to ask for more of *everything* and then walked away with this mess. The picture attached is the salad she received and has not been touched. Ridiculous.
