I loved the food, but can not mention the service Tim Hortons Employee gave me. Sab was the one to take my order, very sweet and intelligent. She helped me with my order and suggested me to try the new flavour of Iced Capp. I hope to see more workers like Sab in future in Tims!

Went for breakfast before work and I’ve found a Tim’s with poor customer service! I was speaking loud and clear, the person has the audacity to start laughing over the speaker box, saying my items weren’t available?, what a way to ruin someone’s morning.

Very possibly the saddest Tim Hortons I've ever been in. The entire place seems run-down and uncared-for. Tables were unwiped. Bathroom flooring was filthy and grout was permanently stained. Bins were overflowing and customers were piling trash on top. Our server moved slower than a wounded rat in a vat of molasses, and our small order consisting of tea & coffee, a milk and a ten-pack took nearly ten minutes to arrive. Requested Timbits were ignored and we got a variety. Ordered tea with milk and got cream. Literally hopeless. This location needs to be nuked and rebuilt from the ground up.

Stop letting people sit in your driveway and ask for change to every vehicle passing through. As well as remind your employees to read the order and watch what they are handing out. I've worked here before and from my time there I remember there being a window timer. What happened to that, I've been stuck in the drive thru line for more then 15mins before waiting on coffees to be handed out.

Very bad experience. Ordered chicken wrap. Patty was so hard that you can’t chew. Patty wasn’t fresh at all. Wrap was terrible. Went to the counter right away showed them what they are serving to customers. They had nothing to say.
