Two Faced kitty

Ordered a 20 pack of timbits, and we got a special one. When I called, the manager told me nothing should be coming out of that timbit. She said she would look into it and call me back in 5 minutes, which was 2 hours ago and still nothing.

Worst place in all over the Canada to order . You go there they have always 8 to 10 employees but you go there and wait for at least 6 to 8 minutes for a simple french vanilla order. They will see you but will not attend you . And timber it happens when you are first in the line and they have always an excuse of new employees. Worst experience

No one at the counter for 5 minutes, even when they look at you. At least learn to speak English. Ordered a French vanilla — “We don’t have French vanilla.” Really? The last time I’ll visit this place.

We work out of town in portage and we always go to Tim's in the morning for breakfast. Everytime they get the order completely wrong. When I order a 2 sugar black coffee that does not mean 3 sugar steep tea.

6:45 in the morning and 9 people standing in the door waiting for the one till guy to take orders. Unreal. Worst service. They worry about the drive through more then anything and 4 staff for busy mornings

Took 4 times to get SOMEWHAT close to a Double Double... and left feeling like I was the problem here.. ice coffee was White ... 3 tries on that and got a bagel that was stale cold and tasted terrible ... never again !!

Renos look good. Was disappointed in the cleanliness however. Every where I looked something needed wiping; till area especially. Lots of tables needed a wipe and it wasn’t busy during the lunch hour.

This restaurant appears updated but it was disappointing. Came at 415 pm on Friday. No muffins, no decaf (and couldn't make any), no chili, and no soup whatsoever! Won't likely come again.

Has been newly renovated. Went in about 5:30. Things have not improved. They were out of the chili, nothing left for soup, had no rice for the rice bowls. Did not want anything else so left without buying anything. Can't see ever going back!!!!
