I tried the Hazelnut Latte and a Cookie here and really enjoyed it. The latte had a smooth coffee taste with a nice hint of hazelnut – not too strong, just the right balance. The cookie was fresh, soft in the middle, and crunchy on the edges, making it a perfect match with the coffee

Understaffed?

Stood in line behind two ppl for 2 or three minutes with no one tending the front. When some one popped out from the back they're priority was the drive through, saying they would just be a moment.

Why bother going inside where you're a second class customer?

This is a Tim Hortons chain wide behavior that is irritating.

Tim Hortons Café never fails to impress! The coffee is consistently fresh and perfectly brewed, with a delightful balance of flavors. The staff is always warm and efficient, and I especially want to shout out Ms. Ayra, for her excellent service. The atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends. Highly recommend this location for top-notch coffee and delicious baked treats!

Went in at 6:30am store was empty. Stood at the cash register for over ten minutes waiting while the staff was listening and singing Indian??? music in the back. Ordered a large triple triple and when I left noticed it was a large black. Very disappointing
