The chicken and fries were really good. Delicious and tender juicy. The staff are all friendly and they manage to help us using the Kiosk machine. It was innovative and really easy to use. Great Job for making our experience remarkable.
I think you guys need to have a look at your kiosks and offer counter service as well. I appreciate you have someone there helping people with the kiosk however I seen numerous people get very frustrated with the kiosks and just walk out costing you a sale. People want choice and simplicity. This doesn't help. Maria was helpful at kiosks but she's not gonna get to everyone. Wing basket was good, my daughter thought the were a bit on the spicy side. I enjoyed them.
The restaurant seems organize and the ambience is perfect. The people running this place is doing great for bringing in innovative approach by having the self service kiosk. At first I find it hard for me but with the help of Mourna I got my order easy and fast. plus the chicken really taste delicious. Keep it up!
