When I go into order have to clarify over and over again that I'm lactose intolerant and the drink need soy instead of milk. Today one of my co-workers did the order and she definitely knows to clarify because she deals with other people's food allergies and intolerances and dietary restrictions on a regular basis for the last eight years.
