I didn’t happen to catch her name but the girl taking my order between 4:45-5pm has a horrible attitude. At first it was fine, I originally wanted a grande but then unfortunately after she already wrote on the cup I asked if I could change my drink size to a venti. I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I was standing in line while ANGELA was talking with a colleague. I said hello, but she ignored me. When it was finally my turn, she said, “Oh, you wanna order or what?” I explained that I was waiting for her to finish what she was doing, and she responded, “Okay, whatever. What you want?”

i ordered my go to drink of starbucks from this location and they just ruined it.. its a frappe and is supposed to be thick but was all the waterryy and no taste at all. They just ruined not just my drink but my day with which i had to start. Very bad on customer service! i wish i can give them negative rating
