A couple months ago, my friend and I went here for the first time and had a great experience. The worker Maxime ? (i can’t remember exactly how to spell her name) but she was very friendly. And when there was no more of the drink i had ordered she recommended a different kind of drink that was similar to the drink i ordered.
When my friend and I decided to go to Selkirk back in August, I had been telling her all day about the strawberry açaí lemonade at Starbucks, so then I remembered Safeway had a Starbucks so went there. So we went to get two. I had specified after I saw the first one was made that both were with lemonade, they made a mistake, but were ok with fixing it, which was great. They let us keep the wrong drink and fixed the incorrect one, and my friend loved both the normal strawberry...read full review

After we paid for two drip coffees the barista started brewing coffee. I said, "hey we don't mind having the other roast of drip coffee!" Then she said, "oh we ran out of that one too." One would think that at the very least a coffee shop would have... Coffee! On hand, ready to go. Of the two coffees we were served, one tasted pretty burnt and the other was tepid. I guess she poured one and then brewed the other while letting the first one cool off for us. Strange experience.
