Everything I've tried is delicious and nutritious. The energy balls come in amazing variety and definitely satisfy!

The Kiwi Cafe (The Mighty Kiwi) is the best local cafe, offering delicious food with fresh ingredients at a great value. The menu includes excellent vegan options and gluten and dairy free catering. Popular meals include the peanut butter latte, green machine juice, hot honey bowl, buffalo dill salad, herb potato salad, almond bacun, dill pickle grilled cheeze, Thai chicken bowl, and double chocolate tarts. The food is fantastic, with the herb potato salad being the best potato salad ever and the double chocolate tarts the best chocolate desert. Staff are wonderful, and the coffee is pretty good. The building seems run down and short staffed for to-go orders, but the experience remains positive. This is a nice surprise for a smaller town, a spot to eat in Selkirk, and a place regularly recommended to others.
