BPs is a favourite of our kids and we have enjoyed the pizza and wraps in the past. But recent changes will discourage us from eating here as often. 1) the renovations have opened up the space which has created a louder atmosphere. The plexiglass shields from the covid era unexpectedly created a cozier, quieter, space. Had a really great experience at this Boston Pizza location. Staff were very friendly and understanding of my allergies, food tasted amazing! Would return to Steinbach to eat at this BP as their calamari was perfectly done, and not over cooked like it has been elsewhere. 10/10

It was disappointing with food. Have ordered this parts dish 2 times because it tastes great, but both times was cold. When I let the server know I'm positive that it was revealed in the microwave Erich made it only partially warm. Very disappointing.Server was great to deal with, kitchen staff needs better communication.
