I really used to enjoy coming here but lately I have found it hit and miss with the service and food.

The last time I came here the soup was awful. The texture was clumpy and taste was off. The Oreo cheesecake was terrible. I’m not sure how a cheesecake can be so mushy. The chocolate sauce on top had a chalky texture. I am not sure if it had just been sitting there a long time or what but I have never had a cheesecake like that.

I hate to leave bad reviews but it just feels like I’m wasting my money when I come here.

Outstanding service, and the people there are very friendly. Delicious coffee and food and baked goods. It's definitely a 10 out of 10 for us every time we go!

It’s clear they prioritize quality over quantity.

I ordered a dark chocolate mocha and a big breakfast sandwich, and both were excellent. The mocha was rich and smooth, and the sandwich was light yet filling— perfectly balanced.

Prices are reasonable, making it a great spot for both solo visits and gatherings.

Definitely planning to return with family and friends!

I've been to coffee culture many times now and it is easily my favorite spot in Steinbach. Today, I felt encouraged to write this review after an extra exceptional interaction. I ordered the frozen blended drink and the power up breakfast bagel (a must try) and sat down to do some work on my computer. After about 20 minutes, they hadn't brought my bagel. I went back to the counter to let them know and they were very apologetic and brought it out write away. The sweet girl also offered me a free pastry along with it without me asking. This place always has great service and really good coffee. Bagel sandwiches are delicious and I love their blended drinks and matcha.

Great place with delicious food. Never had an issue until today. My coworker and I went in to grab some coffee and a sandwich but the person making the sandwich was distracted by talking to another customer. We waited over 10 minutes before we had to leave without our food.

They already know what I want and when they see me coming they start getting it ready

Very tasty, and the atmosphere was great.
But the tables were dirty when we arrived. After I asked for some napkins to wipe the table and remove the trash, the girl working there said she would take care of it, but never did... We ended up eating at a dirty table.
