Eaten here several times, not my pick. My friends pick. Food is mediocre. We haven't been there for a while. I wanted a salad. Not paying $20.00. Had a BLT. 2 little strips of bacon and a little bit of lettuce. Bacon super crispy. Cold by time the server brought it out. It was 7:30 so they weren't busy.
My mom went to pick up an order of only thighs 9 piece order. 100% clear to the workers that's all she wanted. The order was made and handed over. Upon inspecting when she got home she noticed the order was incorrect and had a bunch of white meat, and only 2 thighs. She called in and spoke with the manager. The manager was rude and blamed it on my mother for Chicken chefs screw up, and took zero responsibility for it. The manager also refused to make note and comp part or whole...read full review
