“Just moved to Thompson from Toronto. Adjusting to remote town life was a lot of work so I had to get takeout for dinner. Seeing a pizza hut just 10 minutes from me, I placed a pickup order. I ordered a personal pan pizza and I took it home after picking it up. However, I saw at home that they gave me the wrong order. I called them again to explain the situation. Without any second thought, the owner offered to remake the pizza for me, which I went to pick up. I was surprised with how accommodating the owner was. He recognized their mistake and offered to make it right for me. As a new Thompson resident, I can safely say Pizza Hut will be my go-to takeout option!“

“drive thru always takes forever.dine in much worse.ONLY on weekends and pay days. so any other days, you are good to go!the place is neat whenever we eat in, also after the renovations, the place became more vibrant and more nicer to dine in. the parking lot is quite a tight space to be in specially with vans or trucks, as it is very intimidating.they also do delivery services, which I find a fast way to get your order, but, still delivery charges are due..“
