Ordered a 14 piece bucket, 2 large fries, 2 large gravies on my mobile app, was supposed to get 6 free pieces chicken with a $14 or more order, was delivery app said 40min, took over 2hrs, the east indian delivery guy was unfriendly, my order was missing a large gravy which was replaced with a large corn, and a large coleslaw and no free 6 pieces. KFC is a restaurant with varying customer experiences. Some customers have mentioned issues with finding the location and long wait times, which can be frustrating when looking for a quick meal. However, others have praised the customer service, noting that staff were friendly and apologetic when mistakes were made. The food is described as acceptable, but the wait times can be a deterrent.
