Everyday, absolutely everyday they burn the McMuffins, didn't realize how bad they were until I was in a city and ordered my usual, what a difference, no gum gouging, blackened edges.
Placed an order on the app and arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes later. Immediately upon entering, I noticed a very large order of 10-plus bags being prepared for a group and my first reaction was: Oh well this is just great! I will be waiting here for who-knows-how-long it takes to serve such a large group. To my utter amazement, a gentleman appeared from nowhere, asked if I was Jake, and handed me my order!
