Essentially no line, 5 workers and still managed to take like 30 minutes. Stunningly slow and incompetent. Would not return
I understand the store gets very busy, but the online ordering experience has been disappointing. Even after placing my order online, I still end up waiting another 30+ minutes in the store because of the high volume of customers. Yesterday my order has even been missed entirely.

This issue goes beyond staff training — this is a franchise owner problem. Subway’s standard build is based on full slices of cheese per 6-inch sandwich, with a footlong being double that amount. Using half slices is not the standard; it is a store-level decision.
