I had a strawberry milkshake for the 1st time in over a year and it did not look or taste at all like I remember!!! They used to be so thick & creamy, you could barely get them up the straw!!! I'm really hoping they just messed this up as it was mostly crushed ice with strawberry flavor and maybe a cup of ice cream, almost seemed cuddled and did not taste good at all! Unfortunately I was traveling and couldn't return! I tried to drink it but finally dumped it down the drain! So sad 😞

Nice stop right off the Trans Canada highway. Being from the US it was weird that ice was not available for drinks. Maybe it's a Canadian thing??

I've always had a great experience at this Virden Location. Quality has gone down hill at many A&W locations but this location has not let me down.
Now if only you could teach other locations how to make an Uncle Burger that's not way over cooked.

Wanted to get bacon and eggs, but had to get it in a bun, which was not wanted. Coffee wasn't included although it was advertised outside as being included with the meal purchased.

Ordered grandpa burger and fries. Frie were old. When I asked the lady at the front to switch them for fresh ones she said can I test them.... I was like ooookaaayyyy... she gave me fresh ones and was extremely rude even though I was very civil with her I said thank you she walked away with out a response . Not sure if manager is aware of this attitude. I see similar reviews about rude staff and I agree
