It was lots of fun eating here. A throw back to the old train days when everyone crossed the country by rail and stayed at hotels like this and ate st the restaurant. The train doesn't stop here anymore, but the station is still standing across the street. We had the roast beef dinner (which was a bit dry) and the classic burger with onion rings. The bun for the burger was a bit small but the patty was homemade and perfectly made. The onion rings were excellent- the kind...
For a small town, as expected, as very dark dimly lit, quiet bar. Food was mediocre, but given the lack of Guests, can understand, keeping it simple. Beers priced fairly, and ice cold !

Patty melt had too many onions. Will just ask for less next time. Home fries are super good. They often have roast beef or turkey dinner for supper. Server was friendly cook is back! Great place to eat.
