Everytime we ask for extra sauce they seem to think we don't want any sauce.. who tf wants a cardboard pizza? Not the paying customer that is paying 70 to 80 bucks.. we ordered some apps for the side for take out and wasn't even close to what we ordered. And wasn't worth driving back 20 minutes to get the order right. Smfh stay away Boston Pizza virden.Parking: Kinda lacking in parking as in parking lines could be further apart so u don't ding someone door. A lot of people drive trucks that eat there and would be nice if the lot was a bit bigger. Not enough room for how many seats are available to sit and eat..

My husband ordered parmesan fries off your menu on his way back from work. It cost him 15.00 for what looked like child size fries. It just covered the bottom of the box.The last time he ordered chicken wing and they were still pink in the middle. This is getting rediculous. He works 15hr days and orders his supper on the way back to the hotel after work. Come on BP you can do better

Our waitress was amazing, very pleasant service. Drink suggestion was great, and food was tasty. The table next to us was slightly vulgar with their birthday party, not towards us. Just rowdy with their drinking, as to be expected for sitting in the lounge. Aside from other customers - the atmosphere, staff, and food were great.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available.Parking: Lots of free accessible parking.Kid-friendliness: Restaurant and lounge areas available to be seated at.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs will have difficulty fitting through doorways through the foyer. An average doorway usually doesn't allow for motorized wheelchair access, but will allow for standard push wheelchair.

Called for a takeout order of pasta for…Pasta Tuesday ON Tuesday. The person to whom I spoke (the manager on duty) acknowledged it was for takeout without saying anything about ‘dine in’ only (the website clearly states that dine in only is in effect every day this month but on Tuesdays takeout and delivery are at the Pasta Tuesday price).When I arrived to pick up my order I was charged the full price. The staff are under the incorrect assumption that dine in only for every day is the only way to get the Pasta Tuesday pricing. Even the manager.Flatly refused to check deeper so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Online ordering was easy. Curbside pickup was rude; the guy made me come in rather than walk 10 feet to bring me my food. I could see him answer my call and see he was t busy.. Why put signs out there to call just to tell us to come it to get our food?? The food was good and cooked to my request. I would have give a 5 if it was t for the curbside pickup kid. This was Monday January 8, 2024 around 7:00 pm
