Food was OK, gentlemen that took my order was great. We ordered milk shakes as well. A banana and a mango. We got banana and strawberry. I went back and the lady that made it insisted that it was mango. My son is allergic to strawberries. It was definitely strawberry. Told her and she said sorry it's mango. I give her a -1 for service.

I am never disappointed when I visit Ice Cream Island. While I normally only get ice cream I have heard their food is good as well.

My first experience was less than impressive it took them 25 minutes when they weren’t busy to serve me a single large vanilla ice cream cone, they served the three people who came and ordered after me who all got their much larger orders than me but still I decided to give them another chance. Again I was the only one there when I ordered but I was told that my bacon cheeseburger with onion rings a shake and a medium bucket of mini donuts was a big order and that I should come back in half an hour to pick it up which I did but was told only my burger and onion rings were ready but that my donuts and my shake still weren’t ready and that I’d have to wait some more so after 45 minutes everything was finally done my burger and onion rings were ice cold and my burger bun looked like it had a huge bite out of it, the mini donuts were tepid and I was left mystified why it took them 45 minutes to produce such mediocre food, there’s no sense of urgency, no sense of pride in what they are producing just immature staff that are milling about completely disorganized and sarcastic and snarky to the customers, when I justifiably asked how much longer the mini donuts would be (after waiting 39 minutes) the vertically challenged generously proportioned kid rudely said “like 30 seconds” I didn’t say anything when over five minutes later my 45 minute order was finally completed with the delivery of my 30 second mini donuts! This place hides behind the fact that they have young inexperienced workers struggling with their new jobs serving unsuspecting customers and use this as an excuse to provide less than ideal service, Seriously how does the place stay in business if every order is a catastrophic failure like my simple order during a not busy period? If you do still come here, order way in advance (possibly the day before) and don’t expect to get it warm!
