My complaint is about customer service. I went to kfc kenora 20 September around 5 pm to pickup my order, on drive thru they told me to drive up and at window they told me to pull over and said we will hand over your food once it get ready. After waiting morethan 15 minutes i went inside the store. They just put my bag in front of me and told me to grab your drink in attitude way and when i ask him to if the order was ready why you didn’t give me outside. The guy ignored me and got back on his work. When i asked him his name he didn’t tell me first, after that i asked for manager or assistant manager for the current shift. After asking from him now i know his and position as well but i will not disclose here. But it’s just heads up for them, that in customer service you have to be polite and calm, doesn’t matter how much customer is wrong. Your job is to satisfy them!

Maddie and her coworker were right on it in taking our order, very friendly, helpful, made sure we had the right condiments, AND we were able to order the 2 or 3 pc meals, which some stores have discontinued. The food was delightful like Kfc used to be. Definitely a stop we'll make again!

Undercooked and soggy chicken. Called the restaurant and the person spoke to me said he don’t have time for this he wants me to do what ever I want and hang up on me, called the kfc corporate and reported the issue. Very rude service and worst food.

I recently visited KFC and had a good experience overall. The chicken was juicy, and full of flavor.The service was fairly quick, though the place can get a bit busy during peak hours. Great spot if you're craving classic fried chicken and comfort food!
I’ve noticed a consistent issue with this KFC outlet—most of the items are way too salty, to the point where it ruins the flavor. Another recurring problem is the portion size; it often feels like you’re not getting what you paid for. Especially with takeout, you don’t realize until you get home that the pieces are disappointingly small or sometimes even missing. It’s really frustrating. The management seriously needs to step in and pay closer attention to quality control and consistency. Customers deserve better.

I ordered the 10 for 10 hot wings. Firstly, I have been going to KfC for a couple of years and always thought the food was salty and the customer service was not at all polite. However, I was pleasantly surprised today and really happy I gave it another go. The person who took my order was Mitch. I have never had anyone as polite as him at any KFC window. He was very respectful and humble. The food today was really nice as well and was not salty at all!!! Will definately recommend them (hopefully it stays this way)

Google says the store is open till 11pm. Open late board has been placed outside the store. Open sign board is turned ON. But the doors are locked, drive thru is blocked and the employee left the store through the back before 10pm.

I recently visited KFC and had an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly and everything came out fresh and hot. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside — just how I like it! The fries were golden and seasoned well, and I really enjoyed the creamy coleslaw on the side. The place was clean, the service was fast, and the vibe was great. Definitely coming back again!
