I’ve noticed a consistent issue with this KFC outlet—most of the items are way too salty, to the point where it ruins the flavor. Another recurring problem is the portion size; it often feels like you’re not getting what you paid for. Especially with takeout, you don’t realize until you get home that the pieces are disappointingly small or sometimes even missing. It’s really frustrating. The management seriously needs to step in and pay closer attention to quality control and consistency. Customers deserve better.

I ordered the 10 for 10 hot wings. Firstly, I have been going to KfC for a couple of years and always thought the food was salty and the customer service was not at all polite. However, I was pleasantly surprised today and really happy I gave it another go. The person who took my order was Mitch. I have never had anyone as polite as him at any KFC window. He was very respectful and humble. The food today was really nice as well and was not salty at all!!! Will definately recommend them (hopefully it stays this way)

Google says the store is open till 11pm. Open late board has been placed outside the store. Open sign board is turned ON. But the doors are locked, drive thru is blocked and the employee left the store through the back before 10pm.

I recently visited KFC and had an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly and everything came out fresh and hot. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside — just how I like it! The fries were golden and seasoned well, and I really enjoyed the creamy coleslaw on the side. The place was clean, the service was fast, and the vibe was great. Definitely coming back again!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place. The staff at this KFC were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They acted like they were being forced to be there—rolling their eyes, ignoring customers, and talking loudly among themselves while the line kept growing. When I politely asked about my missing item, one of them just shrugged and walked away without saying a word. No apology, no effort to fix it. The manager (if that’s who it was) looked just as uninterested. It felt like customer service didn’t even exist in this location. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Never going back.

Chicken taste is awesome, they have the real marinated chicken. Also, all the staff is very helpful. Always get good customer service. All the staff is very hard working.
Probably the worst KFC I’ve ever eaten. The chicken had a burnt musty taste to it, 6 piece that I bought was chucked out. The take out bags were just squat together, not folded over and that goes the same for the bag that had the fries in it. Eaten there 2x and both times not a good experience.

Definitely not the newest KFC, walls and floors looked old and beat up, chicken was definitely not fresh nor were the fries as they were soggy. We did not eat in so wasn’t worth taking back.

Absolutely terrible, no air conditioning first of all. Hotter inside than it is outside. The lady running the register doesn’t know how to let people know there’s no onion rings till after then already paid, with multiple customers right after each other. Fries were when given to me cold not warm or hot. Then after waiting 15 minutes they tell me it’s another 20 minutes for my sandwichs then try to convince me to pick something else. Fix this place or just close it down honestly. You guys need help

Steer clear of this place. I tried to pay with my capital one and was declined, then my my discover card declined. Finally my debit card and was approved. I should have taken my denied credit cards as a sign and just left but I did not.I Get down the road to find a spot to eat and I have to say is absolutely disgusting. This chicken was beyond greasy, the fries were nothing but salt. 0 stars people. Do not stop at this place its that bad, and this is coming from a fat guy. I don't hardly leave reviews but damn.
