The staff need to be taught how to treat customers. Ignorant & rude. I’ve worked in the service industry and would be ashamed if they were my staff. It all starts from the top and whoever is running this nightmare of a business should reassess their management skills. Just awful.

I visited today in tim hortons virdin i was very disappointed from this location i ordered iced coffee and veggie bowl/hashbrown employee who taking my order he didn’t know how to take order he repeated the order 6 to 7 times. And he gave me coffee after 10min later they guys only focused on drive thru what about the store front customer? i got my bowl after 19min later when i opened my order it was no hashbrown in my bag there was potato wedges in the bag and when I asked I didn’t order potato wedges i ordered hashbrown they said they don’t have hashbrown even after 19 minutes wait they didn’t have hashbrown i will never come in this location agin.

I had a wonderful time! The employee Elyaas provided me With exceptional service! Whatever this man gets paid is not enough. This man needs a pay raise. He is a great employee and a very sweet boy. I would really recommend going to this restaurant because of this single employee. It is truly a pleasure to have him serve me.
