I stopped at this location to grab a quick coffee I was traveling through. I use the mobile app to order a large regular coffee... it took me approximately 7 minutes to go into the restaurant to pick up my order... it was not ready... no big deal... Lady at the counter instructed a younger girl to make my coffee she told her a large black..... I told her no it's a regular coffee not black... she replied it says black... I told her regardless what it says I ordered a large regular... and then she proceeded to argue with me about it... maybe I made the mistake maybe she made the mistake I really don't know and I really don't care... point was I corrected her and said large regular and she argued with me about it... she would not be quiet she had to get the last word and kept arguing so I said oh by the way why was my coffee not ready when I walked in... that's why I use the mobile app so I don't have to wait in line and my order is ready... there was no customers in the store ordering at this time...not sure what she said after that but she just kept arguing and had to get the last word...in a louder voice I just kept saying have a good day and I walked out couldn't be bothered... not sure what the issue was here and why she had to get the last word very rude she should not be in customer service with that kind of attitude. you could have simply said the order says black coffee but I can't make you a regular no big deal... I really am in amazement as to how this escalated so quickly for absolutely no reason and her being an employee of Tim Hortons had to keep arguing with me talking over me I just simply wanted a regular coffee...

Ordered the Cilantro lime fully loaded veggie wrap and I was not disappointed. Also the plain cheese flatbread pizza was really good. Only complaint is the size of the dip that you have to pay an extra $1 for is very very small definately not for a whole pizza. Friendly service & I didn't have to wait to long for my order.

I recently had a frustrating experience at this location. I had to wait for 10 minutes for my order, and despite standing right in front of the counter, no one attended to me. After finally placing my order, I had to wait another 10 minutes for my bagel. Additionally, the staff seemed to be serving their own colleagues and not attending to customers. It really put a damper on my day. I hope this feedback helps improve their service.
