I have waited 7 years to have a cinnamon bun from here I had remembered them tasting just like my grandmas she had the best ones. As a professional Chef and baker I was disappointed with the poor ingredients used in making these as well as their other goodies. My friends were not impressed either.How ever the friendly service and coffee was still fantastic.
The cinnamon buns are the reason to come. Breakfast options are pretty good, but my companion and I were dismayed to see that condiments such as ketchup were only served in individual packages; even her hot sauce was served in a plastic cup, for indoor dining! I'm very surprised that a restaurant located within a national park allows such wasteful, non-environmentally-friendly practises. It left a bit of a bad taste. Amazing bakery with amazing food. The cinnamon buns are a staple and on busy weekends you can line up 15 minutes before open and still be 20th in line. They'll sell a couple hundred cinnamon buns before you've gotten a chance to order, but they constantly bring more out from the back. It's typically loud and full of people but it's for good reason and is beloved for a reason. I always come here multiple times when staying in Wasagaming.
