The restaurant itself looked disheveled, messy, everything we set on the table stuck to it like glue. They also seemed understaffed, I never saw anyone cleaning up wiping tables etc. Not impressed for $35.00 you can at least have a clean table and maybe ice for the drinks

Horrible, horrible service. We ordered 2 double buddy burgers and they gave us singles after charging for doubles. Went back in to get it fixed and they just slammed a patty in each after arguing about it wanting us to pay more! Burgers were sloppily put together and staff was extremely rude. Thought we’d give it a chance today but never again. Horrible service horrible attitudes

I've noticed a change in a lot of fast food restaurants burgers. Almost as if they've become cheaply made. The service is always good and with a smile 😊. Price is to much but where isn't it.

One of your employees with fake lashes left a lashy suprise in my food. YUCK!
Whenever they have to park a car for an order they forget about them. I have gotten warm drinks and cold food cause they forgot the bring them out have waited over 10 mins for something as simple as a cold drink. Not sure why the had to park me for a drink. That I had to go in and remind them about.

Definitely not a great experience. Restaurant was almost empty but nearly all tables were dirty when we walked in. Got the food ordered and tried to wait patiently. After 15 minutes I went to the counter and our order had somehow got missed. Food came shortly after. Onion rings were soggy but burgers weren't too bad. Probably the only thing that would get 5 stars is the root beer.

I had to walk out on my take out order. Terrible service. The owner/cook took 5-minutes just to get my order off the display and start it. AND, I was the only one buying food at the time. What a waste! No customer service whatsoever. It was like they didn't care.
