I ordered a Mozza Burger but was given a Teen Burger instead, and it was covered in mustard. Neither the Mozza Burger nor the Teen Burger normally comes with mustard, so the flavour was quite unexpected. I also wasn’t expecting the cheddar cheese and onions that come with the Teen Burger, so unfortunately it wasn’t what I had ordered.
My husband ordered the Chubby Chicken Burger with onion rings and his order was correct. The onion rings were actually very tasty. If we hadn’t already been on our way back to Winnipeg, I would have gone back to have the burger swapped out. That said, the drive-through server was very efficient and friendly, which I appreciated.
Overall, a mixed experience.

Had a teen burger with sweet potato fries. Flavor was good as always but very disappointed in the burger. Very chintzy on the bacon and lettuce which are 2 very important aspects to the Teen burger. I didn't even see the bacon until I went up to the counter and she pointed out the 3 wee pieces that were hardly discernible in the wee bit of cheese. And the lettuce was just a wee piece as well. I've always loved A&W Teen burgers but this one was definitely not worth the money. I'll rethink before ordering again at this particular location. You can do better.

I've been coming to this a&w in Winkler for my whole life which is 22 years and the owners have changed a couple of times but the standards always stay upheld The food is great. If there is a mistake in my order they will fix it for free The service is excellent! I go there so often. They know my order off the top of their head and the building is in really good condition It's like brand new I highly recommend giving them a try definitely, if you have different food needs like allergies like me they will lettuce wrap anything and you can ask them any questions highly recommend.

I will never eat here again. We were there for a meal a while ago and after eating I went to wash my hands in the bathroom, as I am walking to the sink, out of a stall comes a female worker and walks out of the bathroom with out washing her hands 🤮. I called the manager to tell him and he didn’t seemed too concerned. lol
