Had a teen burger with sweet potato fries. Flavor was good as always but very disappointed in the burger. Very chintzy on the bacon and lettuce which are 2 very important aspects to the Teen burger. I didn't even see the bacon until I went up to the counter and she pointed out the 3 wee pieces that were hardly discernible in the wee bit of cheese. And the lettuce was just a wee piece as well. I've always loved A&W Teen burgers but this one was definitely not worth...
I've been coming to this a&w in Winkler for my whole life which is 22 years and the owners have changed a couple of times but the standards always stay upheld The food is great. If there is a mistake in my order they will fix it for free The service is excellent! I go there so often. They know my order off the top of their head and the building is in really good condition It's like brand new I highly recommend giving them a try definitely, if you have different food...
A&W never disappoints! The food is always fresh, the burgers taste amazing, and the root beer is the best. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. Definitely one of my favourite spots for a quick and tasty meal!
