Can't even get a refund because they're isn't anyone here EDIT: got my smoothie and was issued a refund

On October 28,2023 I place an online order and pick up should have been ready for 3:35pm. I left at 4:07pmThe girl with blue in her hair with glasses, worked So Slowly and still made my wrap incorrectly. I ordered 1 x Egg White and Chorizo Wrap 1 x Sauce - ChipotleI got a wrap with and egg white and Chipotle sauce that was still cold in middle. That was flat as a pancake.When the said girl was placing the wrap in grill. She continues WATCHING THE GRILL Instead of helping the line of people!There was No urgency in any of the workers. Because they have displayed that going slow as sloth still doesn’t get the order right.I’m disappointed and not recommend this location.

Great product, great staff, good branding. One main issue, they never seem to have enough staff on shift. Usually one person, I go here a lot and often watch people walk out because the line has just few people and they know it will take forever. In the city I remember them having more people on shift.

No negative feedback, but one employee alone on the weekends, especially on a Sunday isn't enough. Poor girl was struggling and backed up. Waited 20 mins till she took my order. :(

I've been there a few times and the service was always very great and the staff was nice. But I wish I could give a negative star after the experience we've had on June 18th. Let me paint the picture, driving down busy highway 3 during 'rush hour' stuck behind a long line of cars going 80mph with my beautiful puppy in the back seat. When a van cuts off the car behind me and is riding my tail so closely he is practically on top of me, not only making me nervous but also making my poor puppy nervous too. And of course he decides to try to pass a line of 2 trucks and 3 cars when it was clearly unsafe to do so then forcing me to slow down to let him in or watch an accident happen. He proceeded to cut everyone off until he was out of sight.Now was he in such a rush because we saw him at syls and he had to make up time, or is he just a terrible driver. Either way the hazard he was causing while driving a company car was just unbelievable.
