I am grateful to have them in town, but they really need to step up their service and figure out the app for this location.
Biggest problem is that ordering in advance you'll still find yourself waiting. I'll show up 30mins after placing my order and find them serving people that just walked in after me, even though am waiting for an order placed over 30 minutes ago, doesn't make sense.

Order my drink at 9am when the website and door says they are open. No one here at 910am ok I'll come back at 10am it's now 1011am and Noone here still along with other people who prepaid for their smoothies. Can't even get a refund because they're isn't anyone here EDIT: got my smoothie and was issued a refund

On October 28,2023 I place an online order and pick up should have been ready for 3:35pm. I left at 4:07pmThe girl with blue in her hair with glasses, worked So Slowly and still made my wrap incorrectly. I ordered 1 x Egg White and Chorizo Wrap 1 x Sauce - ChipotleI got a wrap with and egg white and Chipotle sauce that was still cold in middle. That was flat as a pancake.When the said girl was placing the wrap in grill. She continues WATCHING THE GRILL Instead of helping the line of people!There was No urgency in any of the workers. Because they have displayed that going slow as sloth still doesn’t get the order right.I’m disappointed and not recommend this location.

Great product, great staff, good branding. One main issue, they never seem to have enough staff on shift. Usually one person, I go here a lot and often watch people walk out because the line has just few people and they know it will take forever. In the city I remember them having more people on shift.

The owner Mr. Peters or whatever his name is. Is asking past employers for nudes in exchange for money. That can’t be good for business. He says he’s single when In reality he’s married and has 4 kids. I have proof.
