Wasn’t mixed at all so got a lot syrup stuck in the straw and all I tasted also unfair that one person has to work when drinks take long to make boba lab is just better and faster and tastes great every time Also gave me the wrong drink I ordered brown sugar milk tea but got taro instead

Disappointed with our drinks, they were chalky, and watery, our daughter ended up being sink from it. Will not be returning

The drinks are gross and the warm ones are served in cardboard coffee cups, horrible. But the lady was nice and helpful. Will never return, this isn't real tea or bubble tea, it's just gross and cheap powder. Big waste.
