The food here is way too good! I am in love with the Mennonite Poutine, blue raspberry lemonade, and Cappuccino shake! The portions are huge and usually give me 2-3 meals (the large poutine). Whether I’m going for a poutine or a quake, Charley B’s never fails to amaze me!
The ice cream was excellent, plenty of toppings all the way to the bottom, not like the DQ MCD toppings on the top half if you're lucky. Only issue with this place was the parking, angled parking narrow entrance, what would be the obvious exit has signs saying private property only for that specific business which I won't mention.
I absolutely love this place! The food is incredibly delicious, and their ice cream and desserts are truly the best! However, what really impressed me was the exceptional service. I placed an order for 6 ice creams at 9:23 PM, but due to a more than 25min delay, several orders were dispatched after mine. The staff apologized for the wait and kept me updated. When my order was finally ready, they not only served it promptly but also gifted me a gift card for the delay! Huge shoutout...
