3 times now when I ordered a swirl dipped cone, I have gotten a vanilla dipped cone. The first time, the server was obviously new and was having trouble with the dip, so I just ate it. Second time was drive thru so I didn't realize it till after we left. Today, while the server did offer to get us the correct ones, we decided it wasn't worth the hassle. And the chocolate dip was so thick and hard, it made for a very messy treat while driving. Unfortunately, I can no longer say the dipped cones at DQ are my favorite.

Made a 20 minute drive out to winkler to get some food in the evening and when we got there (10 minutes before close) we were told their kitchen is closed. not professional, then you may as well change your hours too.

Staff is so amazing, made the food so good and got everything right on my order! It’s definitely a family favourite, we have such a great experience at Dairy Queen every time we go. Their snack wraps are so delicious, 10/10

I order Oreo cookie ice creame cake for my wife in advance and when I go for take and I got wrong cake. It was just plain vanilla flavour. I had to argue with that person and than after 20 min she got another ice creame but still it’s not satisfy but better than just a white . And she decorate with some dark pink color creame and it’s stay on my hand in just one touch . Such a bad creame I am worried about color chemical which staying after wash my hand . They ruined special birthday surprise and everything. I suggest never go on this place for cakes. Stupid staff person who took my order and didn’t make as per . I spent 35 $ for color chemical cake .
Love this place, come here often, but the drive thru audio system is terrible. I always have to repeat myself 5 times, it also causes the occasional wrong orders

Picked a box of Buster bars, total rip-off. They were melted, crushed discusting. Would have returned them but only opened them when I was home and that wasn't the first time.

Only people that work there are from families of 10 or more(if you know you know), other then the irregular outlier of diversity. Food is ight, and the place looks like a dump, might get food poisoning, order at your own risk!

I’ve never posted a review but decided it would have to be done. The photo attached on the right is what our fries came served as and the fries on the left is after I went to go ask for fresh fries. If it was a single experience I wouldn’t bother to mention it but on the rare blue moon you get fresh or normal fried fries. All other times you get fresh burnt fries if your lucky and if not then they’re fried twice. As for the burgers if you take the time to mention fresh you’ll get it but if you take it by chance it’ll just be microwaved warm from there lunch leftovers
