This location has been advertising a peach cobbler blizzard for 3 weeks now on a sign on the counter. They don't have it, don't know when they will have it, and don't care to ask the manager to remove or cover the display. So... disappointment on every visit :(

The food was mediocre tasted like it had been microwaved. There was a baby yelling the entire time and no one did anything. The people working forgot about an ice cream we ordered. The windows were dirty and filled with crumbs, not to mention there were fruit flies.

Horrible service. Children that are 'working' in the kitchen have no customer service. Throwing things around in there and swearing. All the tables were dirty when we walked in. Won't be coming here again.

50/50 on if your order will be correct. What this DQ is famous for is only filling your fries 1/2 way. IF your fries are full, they’re likely not fresh or hot. This is not a one time occurrence. This happens regularly which is why I was forced to leave a review.

Whoever you had working drive-thru January 21st before lunch time shouldn't be dealing with customers. She was rude and didn't say anything when taking my payment or handing me my food even when I said thank you, and have a good day. It doesn't hurt to smile or have manners in the food service industry.
Staff needs more training, owner very seldom around. Need Dennis Funk back to train the staff. If they'd do that, and let Dennis do it his way, it would be booming a LOT more. Quite often burgers are not as hot as they should be. Young staff is friendly, and try there best, but if you watch them, to unorganized. Could use less staff if they were trained properly.

Best to travel the extra 10 minutes to morden for better service and atmosphere. Not very clean food took 30 minutes (while not busy) staff were standing around and miserable. People wandering to the cooking area that weren't staff. Find it unhygienic not wearing hairnets while preparing food.
