Very disappointed. I visited few days back, experienced very rude staff. The item i ordered came totally wrong.

We order a 10 piece tenders and i might as well of bought some jerky at the gas station i swear they were at the bottom of there fryer for a long time will not be returning very sad since they seemed promising when they first opened

If I could leave zero stars I would! Ordered kfc through door dash for my family, they forgot an entire meal. When I called no apology, said I could come pick it up… after I paid extra to have it delivered. Didn’t try to fix the mistake in any way! When I asked for a manager there wasn’t one working 🤦🏼♀️

It took over 45 minutes to get a 5 spicy chicken wing combo while there were only a few people there. Very very slow service. Very poor conversation skills on the receiving end as well, could not understand the order.

I ordered a family bucket with fried chicken, large popcorn chicken, fries and gravy. When I arrived to pick it up they said they were completely out of popcorn chicken and offered me 4 chicken fingers instead. In my personal experience a large popcorn chicken is enough food to feed 3 people and 4 chicken fingers would be barely a snack for 3 people. I asked for 6 instead and they said the best they could do would be 5 which is still not an even trade, plus if they’re the ones who ran out of product I would thing they would offer something more valuable but I definitely felt like I lost money there. I didn’t have quite enough food for all the people I was trying to feed which was very frustrating as they treated me as if I was an inconvenience for them running out of popcorn chicken. Also how can a KFC run out of popcorn chicken at 5:30 in the afternoon?

Spent $20 at kfc winkler for the picture attached, $20 for what looks like I scraped out of a dumpster. Do better.
I arrived 10 minutes before closing. Nobody was in sight. Then I saw a guy in the back mopping. Finally someone came to see what I was doing there. I wanted to buy food but they had no food to offer me. All the fryers were already turned off. What’s the point in a restaurant being open if they don’t have food to sell you? Never going back there.

We ordered 2 hours before hand and paid for our order. We show up on time and still ended up waiting another 15 minutes when we have a specific time we wanted it ready for. Food is decent but you might starve waiting for it to arrive.

Extremely long wait times every time we come. Decided to play it smart and order ahead of time online. I placed the order in the afternoon to be ready for 4:45pm.
Still ended up waiting 15 minutes to have room temperature fries yet.
This is supposed to be fast food.

I asked for my food to be fresh and was told it would be since they had just opened. The only thing fresh was the fries, the rest was cold. I tried calling the store but there was no answer. Completely unacceptable.

restaurant does not start preparing food until you arrive at the restaurant even if you call ahead of time, and takes forever to actually get you your food. the food also isnt good

I usually have a positive experience with KFC, but this time was disappointing. I ordered three combo meals and paid $48, but I only received two burgers, two fries, and two drinks. When I asked about the third combo, the staff told me I had only ordered two.
Unfortunately, I didn’t take the receipt, as I’ve never needed it before — everything had always been correct. After a few minutes of discussion, they did give me a third burger, but not the fries and drink that should have come with the combo. So, in the end, I didn’t receive everything I paid for.
To make things worse, we had to wait a long time for our order, even though there was only one customer ahead of us with one combo. The service felt careless, and the staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issue properly.
I didn’t want to argue any further, but the whole experience left a bad impression. I hope KFC improves the attention to detail and customer service, especially when people are paying good money for a full meal.
It is impossible to order from a person
So if you do not like to order from a kiosk, don’t go here. The whole place makes you feel like you are just a number instead of a guest at a restaurant.
