Terrible service, cold food, long wait time.
Waited for 45 mins for breakfast
To the point where my tea got cold and I needed a new one.
Waitress rolled her eyes at me when I asked for cream as there was none on my table and got the server that took my order to bring it cause she couldn't be bothered.
The after the 45 min wait got served a cold breakfast.
And the best part the restaurant wasn't even full at the time we went.
So warm and friendly like coming home! Love the staff and the food is amazing! This is my go to place when visiting 😉
Great food. But the waitress never came back once she served our food. No refills, and no check ins.

I had eggs benedict.i had ordered soft eggs but they came over hard i have been there twice now with eggs not cooked properly. that cook needs to be taught how to cook with the price you pay it should be better

Last night, our server Austin made our experience coming to winkler for the first time one to remember! She had a heart warming smile and an outgoing personality! Food as also good! We will definitely be back.
Just had the breakfast and it was a little lacking. Was a little bland. Service and atmosphere where pretty good though. Tried the lounge the night before and that was great atmosphere and the service was good.
Very rude, told us that we would have no gratuity then gave 15% gratuity on the bill!
Excellent service and food. 5 stars!
