My friend had placed an order at this location. After the order was placed they reached out and said they didn't have the ingredients for her order and had to cancel it. Which would have been fine, however afterwards she never recieved a refund for the order. Disappointed with the service and that no refund was issued for an order that was never received.
We had a good experience. Sadly the food is pretty expensive but great. The renovation is good and the seats comfortable. A bit more smiling from the staff would be great ?

Went to Subway a couple weeks ago on a Thursday and saw one of the employees, i think her name was Lena, treating another one like garbage. I got my sandwich from the employee who was being treated badly afterwards and I made a comment to her about the rude employee. She didn't say much, but obviously they'd gone through this before and no one should have to work in a place with rude people. I would've given one star if not for the sweet interaction I had with the second employee. One crappy attitude can really bring down a whole team, so it seems they should reevaluate whose working for them. Other than that, no complaints.
