My friend had placed an order at this location. After the order was placed they reached out and said they didn't have the ingredients for her order and had to cancel it. Which would have been fine, however afterwards she never recieved a refund for the order. Disappointed with the service and that no refund was issued for an order that was never received.

We had a good experience. Sadly the food is pretty expensive but great. The renovation is good and the seats comfortable. A bit more smiling from the staff would be great ?

Ordered a sub through the DoorDash app… asked for white cheddar got yellow, asked for extra mayo and literally got none. Lettuce was soggy and gross, Not good.

Went to Subway a couple weeks ago on a Thursday and saw one of the employees, i think her name was Lena, treating another one like garbage. I got my sandwich from the employee who was being treated badly afterwards and I made a comment to her about the rude employee. She didn't say much, but obviously they'd gone through this before and no one should have to work in a place with rude people. I would've given one star if not for the sweet interaction I had with the second employee. One crappy attitude can really bring down a whole team, so it seems they should reevaluate whose working for them. Other than that, no complaints.

I picked up a meat baller Wednesday August 28th at 9:05 pm, brought it home, my son ate it, 3 hrs later he was throwing up undigested meatballs and was having diarrhea like water!. Not impressed. We are certain he has food poisoning from subway here in winkler.
The Winkler Subway is probably better than average: it’s clean, and service is fast and professional. I’ve never gone and had it take more than five minutes to order and get my food.
