How did the quality drop so far in just a couple years. This place used to be a hub for coffee enjoyers, evening sit-downs with friends, and place for young people to gain work experience. Now it's synonymous with bad food, bad coffee, and wrong orders. Bring back the Canadian classic coffee spot.

Pretty bad, when you ask for a certain item they give you something that you didn't ask for and if you tell them to remove the egg the add the egg, they need to figure there self's out cause also there's times where I'm I'm the line for 20-30 minutes just to wait to get my order taken, really horrible service, they need actual canadian citizens. And maybe get hearing aids:/

Very disappointed lately with this location. For 1 that there’s still no garbage cans in the drive through is very annoying. Every other location had them. But the drive through is so slow and the workers are so ignorant and rude.

Winkler Tim Hortons is the worst. Tim Hortons ever been to? They can never get my order right? I order a double double. I got one cream or black coffee. I order a breakfast sandwich. I got a breakfast wrap or they don't put the egg in there or they don't put the meat on service is terrible. You try and pay for something and they don't even look at you. They just hand you the debit machine and without looking at you absolutely terrible as you try and order through drive-thru, you can't even get through your order before they're telling you to drive ahead The last three times now I have wanted to order a breakfast and I get two ordering my coffee and they're telling me to drive ahead before I've even done ordering what I everything I want absolutely pathetic
The outdoor patio is well-designed and comfortable.

when u go in there u feel truely Canadian, the iced capps and iced coffees are amazing, same with their hot chocolate, french vanilla and coffee, donuts also good the place is usually pretty clean, and often ther service is fun
