Ordered a pizza and it would have been really good if they didn’t put the wrong sauce on it…

So, I have ordered this a lot in the past and it was always amazing, expensive, but amazing. I hadn't had it in a while but felt like treating myself and man did it ever hit different. Was there a change In ownership I wasn't aware of? Sauce was totally different, toppings were plentiful but I noticed bacon and green pepper on a Hawaiian pizza. Isn't Hawaiian just ham and pineapple? Even the pizza was cut different. It wasn't good. Maybe I got a bad pie but I really think the ownership changed but if it didn't I would be willing to try it again. Perhaps it was a one off. The service and delivery was prompt though I will say that. A pending 3 stars, for now. Thats half a review.

We like the pizza BUT the young woman taking orders on the phone today has a LOT to learn about customer service or even just plain human kindness and respect. WOW. Gen Z much??!! She was rude and unprofessional. Luckily for Winkler Pizza, we know that their pizza tastes great and the owners and also great but they should reconsider their choice of who answers the phone and takes orders. It was like WE were an inconvenience. 👎 on the CS but 👍🏼 on the food. Wow.

We love the food at Winkler Pizza, but twice in two weeks we ordered drinks and did not receive them. When I called at 7:50 to ask them to bring our drinks they didn’t answer the phone, even though they are open till 8. It’s very frustrating to not get what we paid for. And then when I went in the next day to let them know the owner told me “I guess I’ll just have to believe you that you didn’t get it.” She was rude, dismissive and obviously didn’t believe me. We ordered from here at least twice a month, but we will not be back.

I’m not sure if the sauce changed but the pizza tastes very different. It was made well and the service was good but just disappointed in the change and we ordered a large fries but got a relatively small order.

The most delicious thin crust pizza! Try it and see what I'm talking about. Fresh toppings. Flavourful ingenious Winkler Pizza combinations. Like my favourite, taste bud popping, taco pizza. And equally comparable burrito pizza concoction. Like WOW!!!! 😋 Mmm I'm getting hungry. I need to call Winkler Pizza!!

Very pleasant experience. Unbelievable service. We came back a few minutes early on the wait time and he just came out and gave us our pizza. Did not expect that at all. Oh and pizza was delicious even after driving an hour home, when it had cooled off. So good. 100% recommend.
