We like the pizza BUT the young woman taking orders on the phone today has a LOT to learn about customer service or even just plain human kindness and respect. WOW. Gen Z much??!! She was rude and unprofessional. Luckily for Winkler Pizza, we know that their pizza tastes great and the owners and also great but they should reconsider their choice of who answers the phone and takes orders. It was like WE were an inconvenience. š on the CS but šš¼ on the food. Wow.

When I called at 7:50 to ask them to bring our drinks they didnāt answer the phone, even though they are open till 8. Itās very frustrating to not get what we paid for. And then when I went in the next day to let them know the owner told me āI guess Iāll just have to believe you that you didnāt get it.ā She was rude, dismissive and obviously didnāt believe me. We ordered from here at least twice a month, but we will not be back.

Iām not sure if the sauce changed but the pizza tastes very different. It was made well and the service was good but just disappointed in the change and we ordered a large fries but got a relatively small order.

The most delicious thin crust pizza! Try it and see what I'm talking about. Fresh toppings. Flavourful ingenious Winkler Pizza combinations. Like my favourite, taste bud popping, taco pizza. And equally comparable burrito pizza concoction. Like WOW!!!! š Mmm I'm getting hungry. I need to call Winkler Pizza!!

Very pleasant experience. Unbelievable service. We came back a few minutes early on the wait time and he just came out and gave us our pizza. Did not expect that at all. Oh and pizza was delicious even after driving an hour home, when it had cooled off. So good. 100% recommend.
