Despite hearing from many friends that the meals here are not worth it, I tried a meal out (from a third party app) to have my own opinion as I was hoping to find a way to accommodate consistent healthy eating into my busy lifestyle. Thankfully I did not pay much for the meal as I was greatly disappointed. The portion size was VERY small and it just did not taste great. I’m glad I used this “discount” third party app to try out the food before I actually committed to buying from this company. It was quite obvious that they used this third party app to gain new customers (which is totally understandable), but in my opinion, if this is the goal then they should definitely try a little harder.

The food was absolutely amazing however the service is to be desired. My wife and I across 2 orders of 10 meals have had issues with delivery timing, forgetting to deliver almost half the order, and two meals improperly sealed (one that leaked liquids into my work bag) we can't recommend their meal prep service until service quality improves.

We've ordered a few times and the food was good, the delivery was prompt and, after a couple hiccups with substitutions, the owner Anthony personally handled the situation and made things right for us. A great service for anyone who needs meals on the go who has dietary requirements like keto or who has any allergies. Currently this is done by writing in the delivery notes section on the website. I'm hoping that in the future they will make it easier to make substitutions or request certain ingredients be left out. Being able to tweak things really helps! Food comes packaged ready to heat and eat and I can recommend the turkey meatballs and the bowls are good too!

They are super flexible and are all about going above and beyond for the customer.
I had a little mix-up in the date for the delivery on our end but Mel was too empathetic towards my situation of not being able to access the breakfast. So helped me get the package even after business hours so that I could access my food on time.

Just wish the hours were till 6 pm as I come during rush hour after work. This is a game changer as the beginning of the year is busy and no time to prep. Making my life easier. Have tried a few single serve meals and each one has been delicious. As a busy business woman having little time to cook, this is a delightful time saver for me. Supporting a local business that makes great food that tastes much better than anything store bought frozen dinner. Ill be stuffing my freezer with these meals for awhile rest assured
