They are super flexible and are all about going above and beyond for the customer.
I had a little mix-up in the date for the delivery on our end but Mel was too empathetic towards my situation of not being able to access the breakfast. So helped me get the package even after business hours so that I could access my food on time.

Just wish the hours were till 6 pm as I come during rush hour after work. This is a game changer as the beginning of the year is busy and no time to prep. Making my life easier. I work as a northern nurse and travel from the East Coast every 2 weeks. The difficulties of flying with prepared food and the luggage issues was becoming increasingly stressful . A colleague had recommended 204 and I’m so glad they did! It’s so easy and convenient to go online and pick out meals. 204 delivers them to my hotel and they are packaged perfectly for taking them on the plane the next day. Not only are the meals super convenient and time saving they are delicious!Their customer service is incredible. They didn’t hesitate at all to help me when I was having trouble ordering online last week.I will definitely continue to use 204 ????
