I don't usually post but this experience really stood out and was downright horrible. Usually the customer service here is great but this one was horrible. The staff's name is Prashanta Deb.Living and being part of Corydon Neighborhood, I use this store a lot. I ordered two pizzas for pick up from the app. Which at first, the staff had issue with and said it was one till I showed my phone. I had also ordered "too good to go (baked goods)" from the store and wanted to pick up at the same time.After solving the pizza issue, when I said had a "too good to go(baked goods)" pick up as well, the staff there's nothing and told me to cancel. When I said that I can't cancel once it's pick up time, and showed him my phone he looked confused. There was an older gentleman staff as well who agreed with me and had dealt with this before and suggested a resolve.Then the store got busy, and older gentleman staff got occupied, and Prashanta just started packing milk for me even though my order was baked goods completely disregarding the resolve older gentleman staff suggested. When I told Prashanta, I ordered baked goods and milk is not a part of it, he was just like "Well, you should leave then and figure it out yourself. And if milk is not part of baked goods, just throw it out yourself."I understand staff may not how 7-eleven as a whole deals with 3rd party companies like too good to go, but the staff completely ignoring the proposed resolve and then being apathetic towards customer who's trying solve an issue together with the staff is just unforgivable. And this is completely disregarding all the issues with the pizza.

Very rude customer service. Employee name is rose, I asked very nicely for using washroom. She answered in a very rude way. I am pregnant and I need to go urgently but she didn’t understand and behaved rudely. I don’t why people don’t have humanity. She is arrogant too.

Fred and Winnie are amazing people. I legit look forward to seeing them every morning. Coffee is always fresh, and they are the most friendliest, personable folks I've ever met at a 7/11. Best 7/11 ever!

I recently ordered from skip the dishes they didn’t had food items available at the moment thats is quite understandable but they took my money around 20$ and they didn’t gave the courier the food saying i cancelled the order as I didn’t got any refunds yet no food nothing the worst experience every never ever ordering back from thia place. The employees didn’t had any initiative to help further for replacing an item or something i am going to bed without any food and i hope it doesn’t happen with anyone else

Have you ever seen a place that sell food that has no washroom?Well those lazy guys that works there after you spend money in the store they tell you that”there is no washroom” in the store and apparently the people behind me in line told me that they tell that to every customer because they don’t wanna clean it afterThis is against the law and if no manager or supervisor wants to take actions I will thru my lawyersThis is illegal!

This seg is run by lazy bums. Its been this way for the past 10+ years.Now, if you order from there through a food delivery service, they miss half the order and ignore their phone when you call. Fokking useless. Now I gotta go there tomorrow in person.

Ya, been a big fan of 7 for like forever! At 62 I’ve been pretty much doin it since 7 came to Winnipeg Manitoba about 40 years ago. Portage la prairie as well! Many fond memories of the glory days,24hr. days for me even if. 7 wasn’t. My hats off to you f’n people! Oh thank heaven for (you know)!
