The cinnamon roll is made with a croissant dough and filled with a smooth vanilla cream, and cinnamon powder and covered by a light natural glaze on top. Allergies: The cinnamon rolls are not dairy-free and contain fresh yeast. Advice: To get the full crispiness of the cinnamon roll, please pre-heat your oven to 350f then put your croissant between 1 to 2 minutes tops.
French Donut

This is a wonderful local bakery which sells a variety of exquisitely prepared pastries, including croissants, cakes, cookies, and other delicious items. Absolutely wonderful place to stop by. There is a limited number of seats available inside as well. Great location in West Kildonan on Main Street. I highly recommend.

I live across the city but I would always make the effort to stop at this bakery when nearby.
I love so many of the fantastic bakeries we have all across the city.
Yesterday I ordered 3 pastries, a chocolate brownie, creme brûlée and a loaf of bread.
The pastries were all disappointing. Croissants were not flakey but chewy. The brownie was definitely stale. I threw it away.
It’s sad that this is not the place it once was. I did not know...
