Ordered to calzones and got back to the hotel and they were burnt. Not sure why they would allow such terrible food to leave their store. Called and they said they would replace them. But nothing else. Not a sorry, didn’t take responsibility for the burnt items, thought maybe they would refund me and be sorry but nothing. Won’t be ordering ever again from them.
It's been a disappointing last couple of visits/orders, unfortunately.
I have ALWAYS ordered the same calzone with extra toppings since back in 2014, complete with additional toppings (which are paid for) and have become accustomed to what to expect with this order.
Over the last 3 orders they've gotten smaller, worse quality, and/or missing ingredients.
This last one was an absolute joke.. it was half the size despite being $20+ after taxes... definitely won't be ordering...read full review
