customer service was fine but the the food which i ordered was crispy veggie with rings and when i got my order and i checked i just got five rings in my onion rings bag really disappointed with the kitchen staff

I wish I could give zero stars. I went to this location for a coffee at 6:02 a.m., only to find the doors still locked. I could clearly see the employee inside, casually talking on her phone. When she finally opened the door, she didn’t acknowledge me or attempt to serve—she just went back to the corner and continued her phone conversation for another five minutes. I left frustrated, without even getting a coffee. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Went to A&W in Winnipeg, Main at Inkster. We will NEVER eat at A&W again. It was good 10 years ago, the last time we went. The burger pattie had been sitting under the lights for what appeared, hours. It was cold and the cheese had nearly melted away. The old Teenburger used to have a distinct flavour, better than the other places. No longer. It was a huge disappointment. On top, we had to ask someone behind the counter to open the doors to the toilets. The look they gave was like I was annoying them. 2 Tennburgers, 2 onion rings, 2 rootbeer, $38+ !!! Ridiculous for a schitt burger.

I pulled up through the drive through today and I have to eat while i'm on the go. As I pull up my burger and I'm eating it, my hands are getting full of some juices from the burger. I go to grab a napkin from the bag of they gave me only to find no napkins at all. This is a pet peeve of mine. Please, people do better put napkins in there.Please and thank you

Stopped in for a burger. Have found other A & W's have been so inconsistent over the years. This location is great. It's clean . Ordered the Teen Burger and Onion Rings. It was like going back to the 70's. The burger and rings were perfect! My friend had a Chubby Chicken burger and said it tasted great and was amazed how big it was. Highly recommend THIS location

I ordered a Masala Veggie Burger combo during my night shift, and it was a huge disappointment. There was no bread in the burger, and to make things worse, I found hair inside. I was hungry and expecting a proper meal, but this was unacceptable and extremely unhygienic.
I really like A&W! The food is tasty and fresh. The burgers and fries are very good. The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. It’s a nice spot for a quick meal.

Honestly, I have continued to try and be supportive of A&W because of their “healthier” marketing approach to fast food along with being the first fast food restaurant chain to offer a good vegetarian option and stick to it, BUT I can’t anymore. The change in owner operators in the last 5 years has brought the name down in the mud. Service is always horrible. You have to repeat your order a minimum of 4 times, the drive thru cashier cuts you off when you speak, never listens to the order first having you to repeat everything. They are unable to take a payment and order at relatively the same time. Regardless of the order or time of day, you are ALWAYS parked. No one in front of me or behind me the entire time I’m waiting for my order but somehow parking me to wait for an egg n cheese sandwich at 7:30 am (waiting for egg apparently) even though the hashbrowns are ready, helps trick their service times. How has our service standard changed so much in such a short time?!?
