First I was surprised that this location has drive thru which is a big convenience to save time as I was on the way to somewhere and didn’t want to dine in. However the communication is a bit frustrating as the speaker was not loud and clear enough and they couldn’t hear me well, too. I asked if the new Steakhouse teen is spicy and they answered no which turns out the spicy sauce upset my kid’s stomach. It would be good that if they can improve the equipment and have someone who understands better.

When I took my first bite leaving the parking lot I wish I got hit by a car. When I got home I was so angry and hungry that I smashed by TV which caused my wife and daughter to spend the night at a hotel and when I woke up I never saw them again. Thanks A&W for ruining my life.

This location is poorly managed. Yesterday we placed an order via drive thru. A teen burger, 3 double buddy burgers plain, only ketchup. Onion rings, french fries, two drinks. We were given 3 drinks for some reason and told it would be over 10 minutes for our food, so we came inside to wait. Tables inside were dirty. Received our food and instantly noticed they were all single buddy burgers not double like we paid for. The fries were a very small quantity too. I received 3 new patties in a box, then I opened my buddy burgers up to add the patties and discovered all of them had raw red meat as they were each cooked rare. The buns soaked up so much juices. I showed her the raw meat and she said they were all cooked under a timer. I waited and got 3 brand new double buddy burgers. Sadly she was the only person working. Bouncing from till, drivethru, and cooking food. Handling everything in between. I fully expect my immune system will be in overdrive battling all the cross contamination germs that we just picked up. This place should of been shut down however this is the normal at this gas station location. This isn’t the first time having experienced this scenario. The fact that its typically understaffed like this is consistent with each visit.

Dang I ordered 2 teen burgers, don’t know what they gave me!!! Bun was so blasted hard! No bacon or cheese, So much onions, 1 slice of rubbery lettuce, 1 pickle and half cooked beef patty!! Called location a woman answered, barely understood her,she tried arguing with me saying I only ordered 2 buddy burgers I told her im looking at my receipt stating 2 teen burgers, she said what do you want me to do about!!

I was going to order until I seen one of the workers making the persons burger without any gloves and while wearing a gold ring. Disgusting put some gloves on that is 100% cross contamination

They never give katchup or add any sauce in burger

Girls working tonight was so hard working and nice. Management needs to schedule more staff to help them. They were multi-tasking.

I asked for an Uncle Burger with onion rings. It always comes with cheddar and bacon. I received my order only to find there weren't any cheddar or bacon. I asked the cashiers why and they said that Uncle, and Cheddar Bacon Uncle, are two separate menu items.

I asked them to show me where it says that on the TV menu, that a non-cheddar bacon version exists. They couldn't, but insisted.

I asked them to reprint my bill and the cost was 14.99. The cost on the TV menu was 15.69. I asked if I could buy the cheddar and bacon separately, and they wanted to charge me $3, instead of .70 cents

I refused, took my food and left the building. When I eventually sat down to actually eat, my onion rings were greasy, wet, and barely breaded. I won't be eating there again, and maybe not any other locations either.

Google map told me that this A&W has hotdog to sell, but actually not.
Mama combo is making promotion.
I thought there were hot dogs for sale, but there weren't. Mama Combo is on sale at $9/portion. But remind the counter to use the promotional price, otherwise the original price will be defaulted.

Ordered two bacon egger sandwiches add sausage to both . Drove away only find my sandwiches didn't have eggs don't know how that can even happen ..!

Bad drive true experience. Don't go there unless u have an hour to waste

Apple turnovers were good. Onion rings were very salty!!!
