Waited in line for 15 minutes. Ordered, and paid. Then was told it would be 10 minutes more. Service here is horrible. Said no tomato as an allergic. What happens. Ketchup gets put on the burger. Tired of stupidity.

Teen burgers on sale until may 11. 4 99, regular 9.49. They seemed a bit bland to what they normally are. Did not taste how A and W usually tastes like.
May try again before the promotion expires in may, see if they are any different.

Staff is so so customer service wise. As in not well mannered. But the food is almost always assembled poorly. As in condiments, bacon, cheese etc always more so in the wrapper then on the burger/breakfast sandwich itself. Just asking for a little effort. One job to do.
Y'all need to use plastic food gloves to handle people's food! It look so nasty to be seeing employing touching people's food. I had to ask for refund after seeing that!

This is the closest location to our house, but they repeatedly get the order wrong. We will drive further to be able to get the burgers we enjoy properly as ordered.
