This location has gone down the drain with custumer service and there food
We got a onion rings that have more flavor of rancid burnt oil than onion Also the burgers the bread was stale the patties almost were dry and on of the burgers drips oil like you sock a napkin in oil
Worse out of all this the person taking my order almost feel like she wanted to force me to order what she said not paid attention at all have to repeat or order 5 time before she got it

Waited in line for 15 minutes. Ordered, and paid. Then was told it would be 10 minutes more. Service here is horrible. Said no tomato as an allergic. What happens. Ketchup gets put on the burger. Tired of stupidity.

Teen burgers on sale until may 11. 4 99, regular 9.49. They seemed a bit bland to what they normally are. Did not taste how A and W usually tastes like.
May try again before the promotion expires in may, see if they are any different.

Staff is so so customer service wise. As in not well mannered. But the food is almost always assembled poorly. As in condiments, bacon, cheese etc always more so in the wrapper then on the burger/breakfast sandwich itself. Just asking for a little effort. One job to do.
