Taking a “quick stop” on my way to work but had to wait 20 minutes for my breakfast wrap all because they have 1 person working while also having a breakfast menu… definitely won’t be coming back here in the morning again

The cheddar bacon uncle burger was the best I've ever had here ! The onion rings to were absolutely perfect!! This will be the new A&W I go to from now on !

I practically got my food instantly. Food doesn't take that long to make here, apparently.
I got myself 3 Buddy Burgers (cheese), and oh my days, were they good.
This franchise is on the better side of the A&Ws I've been to, like the one in Headingley just northwest from here.
I'd go again.

From how polite, patient, and helpful he was when I was placing my order in the drive-thru to our face-to-face interaction once I got to the window.
On top of that, the food was hot and fresh! Great team effort from the entire staff!

An item I had ordered was not available, and instead of the restaurant calling me to let me know and giving me the chance to replace it, they gave me my order anyway without a replacement, no refund or any credits. Until I called them myself.
If I hadn’t called the restaurant on my own, they would’ve just taken my money and given me nothing for it! Definitely would have appreciated a call at some point.

Paid extra money for onion rings and they were burnt. They were probably old and deep fried a second time when ordered. Fries not good and old as well. Burgers were ok, definitely not returning to this location! I tried to give it a chance but this is a regular occurrence now
