I asked for a teen burger with no sauce because I am allergic to eggs. When I got home and took a bite I discovered there was mayo on the burger. It appears that someone had managed to get mayo on the onions and then the onions were placed on my burger.

This location is usually decent, and the food tastes fine. However, like all A&W locations, it’s extremely overpriced without coupons, and the staff here have a real attitude problem. They don’t operate with a “customer is always right” mentality.
I come here often, but on a recent visit I ordered coffee with my breakfast. The coffee tasted burnt, so I politely mentioned it to the staff. Instead of offering a solution, they told me it was a fresh pot and refused to make another. How absurd!
I even left feedback directly with A&W and never received a response. So I’m posting about my awful experience here. I’d recommend staying away unless you have coupons and don’t mind the risk of your order being wrong—because if it is, the staff won’t help you.

Don’t go to the Marion A&W! They will tow your vehicle without warning. I have only parked there once and they called Tartan towing to tow my car away after 30 minutes that I was parked there. They had 4 other vehicles towed the same day as per tartan, despite having no signage on the east and west sides of their parking lot saying you can’t park there! They have been towing people every day for the last week. Clearly they should have signs posted if they are going to have multiple cars towed.

I went at 10.20 today. I asked if they could make me a lunch sandwich. They agreed. They made me hot food bro I was impressed. I was so happy🙂🫠🫶🏻👍🏻 the Indian dude at the drive through with the nice mustache was the man!👍🏻 Always this A&W has been my drive through,( I already gave a 5 star review from another account.) keep up the awesome work! Although not the fastest A&W, they consistently serve fresh food. I’d rather wait a few extra minutes and get fresh food. Anytime I’ve ever gotten the Chicken Cruncher sandwich at any other location I get very old chicken that I end up throwing out.
