It was awesome food was good and service was good a little small of a restaurant but other then that good

I usually really like ordering here, but I ordered the sweet potato fries confirming that it comes with the dipping sauce.. then drove away and opened the bag… no dipping sauce. Very disappointing.

Geez. First of all on uber you couldn’t purchase a combo meal from this location. I was fine with that nonetheless. I had to order my burger, fries and drink separately. When I opened my order though I didn’t get no straw or other lid than just the covering one. I was alright with that whatever but when my burger came sooo dry and burnt, plus no napkins or sauce not even ketchup was available to get on their a&w menu. Should’ve known better I tried calling back twice, but not even one call back😔✊🏽 Do better I love a&w with my whole heart, mama burger combo no onions with an iced tea specifically.

Uh, gross.

Having a clean table to sit at would be very nice. When we customers take our garbage and tray off the table, then staff don’t need to clean it, or necessarily know which table to clean. Since we just came out of a pandemic I’m surprised when I see restaurants that still do this.

I think we should leave our garbage or tray on the table as an indicator of where to wipe.

When I see the backs of chairs look like these to, I can’t help question the cleanliness of everything. This looks like it’s never been cleaned.

Please, A&W, can you please clean your tables, and chairs.

The staff are always kind, and obviously could use more staff on. You’ll pay what, an extra $100 someone on for a shift. That person could clean these black smeared chairs when they’re not busy.

I tried A&W after a really long time, and wow—what an experience! I went for the new Masala Veggie Burger with Peri-Peri sauce, and honestly, it’s a dream come true for Indians living abroad. The flavors are on point—spicy, tangy, and packed with that perfect masala kick. It really brought back the nostalgia in the best way possible!

And let me tell you, the apple pie was next level. I loved the sweet cinnamon sugar coating on the outside—crispy, warm, and oh-so-satisfying. Way better than McDonald's! The sweet fries were also pretty nice, though I think they have room for a bit of tweaking to make them even better.

All in all, A&W really surprised me this time! If they keep innovating like this, I’m definitely coming back more often.

Only one star. Kinda wish I could give less. They screwed up my order, then decide to never answer their phone. Tried a couple times over a few days. Time to leave this and say screw it.

Went here with 20 minutes left and was told we had to take it to go, plus no napkins were in the bag. Spend $30 on food to be told we couldn't eat inside is so unacceptable
