Staff is rude don’t like to replace orders that were wrong or messed up dirty nasty bathrooms too definitely an unpleasant place to eat

Loved their promo months ago, steak burger with jam. Will you be bringing it back?? It was at Cityplace that I saw and tried it. I was at Mcphilips branch, and was surprised you didn't have it.

Very low service and bad behaviour with customers

When I was visiting this location earlier this week I was alone and some strange character approached me asking if I had any physical currency. Knowing this is a sketchy area at the time (it was shortly after 21:00) I respectfully denied the claim.

However, even with the A and W employee knowing that I did just pay for my purchase in cash to which he gave me $4.65 change he did not speak up. I am very grateful for A and W for making me feel safe in their establishment and would visit again.

A&W burger is the best so far. Staff were nice.

We felt so bad for the server. He was all by himself doing counter and drive through. But he was very calm even though there were quite a few customers he had to deal with.

Tried ordering off of uber eats and after placing the order I was notified that it had been cancelled from the store through the app and that Id be refunded by UBER in the next week. Attempted to get in touch with the store as they are open 24/7 but nobody answered the phone. Feels like theft and this is the first time this has happened but god what a terrible experience. I’ve been to this location in person plenty of times and it’s been fine, they take a little long in the drive through but usually it’s alright. But ordering online has always been a bit iffy with this location. Wouldn’t recommend.

The drive through is soooo slow it took half an hour to take one burger !! That’s really disgusting !! Change the night stafff or hire more on weekend !!!
