Loved their promo months ago, steak burger with jam. Will you be bringing it back?? It was at Cityplace that I saw and tried it. I was at Mcphilips branch, and was surprised you didn't have it.
When I was visiting this location earlier this week I was alone and some strange character approached me asking if I had any physical currency. Knowing this is a sketchy area at the time (it was shortly after 21:00) I respectfully denied the claim.
However, even with the A and W employee knowing that I did just pay for my purchase in cash to which he gave me $4.65 change he did not speak up. I am very grateful for A and W for making me feel safe in their establishment...

I usually really like ordering here, but I ordered the sweet potato fries confirming that it comes with the dipping sauce.. then drove away and opened the bag… no dipping sauce. Very disappointing.
